i have been pretty much written off after an MRI scan to tell me that I should no longer be running.
(Lots of tendon damage & general wear & tear around my ankle)
I do intend to follow this advice for now but my aches and pains are preventing me from training well in general.
The availability of supports are endless, some looking better than others. Has anyone had any supports or braces in the past that they felt worked well around the ankle? I don't intend to run but do want to feel good support to allow me to do a good mix of gym routines.
