Hello. Many years ago when I first started running I came across a rather simple 4-week run/walk plan from the master of the plodders John Bingham aka "The Penguin"! It worked a treat but sadly I had to stop running due to a long-term medical condition which is now no longer bothering me. So I'm hoping I can find that plan again - I know there are others but it worked splendidly for me. I can remember the first few days of the plan; day one - run 1 minute, walk 1 minute for 30 minutes, day two - run 2 minutes walk 1 minute for 30 minutes and so on... Can anyone remember this plan or know where I can get a copy of it?
