I have a suspected inguinal hernia. Small doesn't what to come out when being seen by go so awaiting MRI but impulse noted on coughing.
I've been having a good read and other than Germany or Canada alternatives open mesh seems the most common method.
I would prob reduce miles to maybe only 3or4 5ks a week with the odd slightly longer run here and there. These would be much further down the line post op. I'm 50 so I figure less would be better given what's happened.
I'm still running at moment but not as much. How are others on here doing post op and has it affected your running/other activities/flexibility/daily life. Also how long before you started running again at what age/pace afterwards
Thanks for any contributions
