I've read about the health benefits of turmeric but am wondering how often and how much is an ideal dose? I'd probably use ground turmeric in porridge or a latte.


    Someone I know was part of the team doing the science trials into the effects of turmeric.    Yes, it does have good health benefits so use it but she did tell me the amounts need to be huge to have meaningful effects.   But the more you can incorporate it into your diet the better.
  • I've heard that for it to be useful you need to make sure to simultaneously take a source of pepperin (so black pepper).
