    Afternoon!

    Tuesday here, Emz! Race well whichever evening it is!

    Had internet problems (Virgin disconnected my hub before I had installed an upgrade...and the new one isn't what they had told me I had to have! First world problems!)

    Yesterday's were Michelle, The Beatles

    What: 3k warm up (in the 27 degree warmth!), 6 x 30 seconds hill "sprints" with one minute jog recovery, just over a km warm down. 

    Why: first quick session since before Covid in February. Time that I did some

    Shoulder report: saw physio yesterday evening and she put the shoulder through what seemed like far too many exercises. Whilst weaker than the left one it coped and I now have plenty of exercises to build up strength. A little tender today, but no surprise.

    having a few days off so walked over Wideford and Kellyland hills to Finstown and caught bus back. 12m. Unbelieveably dry underfoot.
    Not a great work day yesterday so glad to be off today.

    9 miles early doors. I've started a half marathon training plan from my P&L book. I have no races ligned up but if I don't have a schedule all I do is lazy plodding 😂 Will see how it goes. With a little luck it'll make me autumn-fit.

    Els a plan is good that's why I started mine gave me focus and improved a lot more in a couple of months than in the last year or two.

    Hazel forgot to say yesterday  yes I have 2 weeks off now. Knew I had to say something  but couldn't remember  what 🤦‍♀️
