Morning!

Lyrics: Listen boy, I don't wanna see you let a good thing slip away

Yesterday's were I've gotta get a message to you, Bee Gees.

What: short run this morning and hopefully some more this evening

Why: helping at the first of four 5ks so will run this morning in case I don't get the chance this evening.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Morning

Well done for helping out Ale.  Thanks for the pics of Salvador yesterday - looking very cute!  I can lend you my hill if you like and supervise out of the kitchen window. About 400m long, with around 35m of ascent but most of that in the bottom 250m with up to 18%.

    Decent swim yesterday Emzap.

Hope travelling is going well Els - enjoy the family time!

What: not sure yet - original intention was for a cycle post work but likely a midday recovery run
Why: thunderstorms forecasted for this afternoon - not really cycle weather today - better tomorrow
Last hard: hills yesterday - did 7 (minimum target was 5, did 6 then one final to get onto a cool-down route)
    Last rest: 18.06.23

    Lyrics: no

Ale - good for you helping out, I did know yesterday's song but wouldn't have got it from the lyric. Today's seem more familiar...
Emz - I'm sure it was a good day at the cricket, result aside. Maybe not such a good idea to declare on Day 1 after all...
Hazel - hope you do get out. Could do with some rain here...
WP - as you say, good progress!

What - 4 miles easy over the fields
Why - easy week or two
    last rest - 10/06
    last hard - Tuesday
