    Morning!

Ignore my thread! Forgot to press send and didn't check that the thread had started.

Yesterday's were A Hard Day's Night, The Beatles

What: a run at some point

Why: will complete two years of running every day

Talking of running every day, Barnsley Runner has been in touch as he is making a video about Ron Hill and wanted some thoughts. May well be meeting BR and Hilly on Friday if they decide to run the race that I am helping at.

    Lyrics: no

Cool here Hazel: around ten degrees although is supposed to get to 18 to 20 later.

Oh no Wabo, I hope the excitement of the performance makes Cleo feel better.

Great family pic, Ale! Salvador has your smile :)

BR & Hilly are certainly a blast from the past!

Ugh, 23 degrees is definitely too warm for a run, Hazel.

We had rain this morning and around 18 so I just did 7 miles on the treadmill while watching a documentary about an insane guy who did an insane ironman thing around the world 🤯

Congrats on the 2 years Ale.  BR and Hilly left before I arrived on here.  Lovely pic above and Salvi does look a bit like you.

Hope Cleo is feeling better later Wabo.

Will try to read up on that Chicksta - quick browse - he is now cycling across the US and will run back.. Trans America Twice 2023 | Jonas Deichmann
