What: a very soggy 65 minutes with M78. Couldn't have got any wetter!
Why: Monday run
Well done yesterday, Dustin: didn't realise that you had a cross country double! Take it easy!
'fraid I wimped out of a wet lunch run - I am hoping it will be drier later post-work.
Well done for doing yours regardless Ale!
Ohh - Christmas cake Els...
They aren't that hard to bake Chamolk, it is more the decorating I find. Seems it is pretty hard for you to get out at all to run at the moment. I just look at the funghi rather than pick any. I would feel confident to identify a standard field mushroom for eating purposes but I am not actually keen on the taste of most funghi. We have local funghi inspectors you can take your haul to to be checked over for nasties. Collecting is popular here and getting more so.
Well done for completing the XC double Dustin - nice course - bonus stream crossing for cleaning some of the muck off maybe.
What: 5 miles recovery later
Why: start the week off
Last rest: 29.10.23
Lyrics: another no
Not run for 12 days I think
Bit of bug going round work
Not a fan of mushrooms sorry so wouldn't eat any
What 1 mile TT
Why fetch virtual mile as not done one this month
Last hard. That
Lyrics no
Ale - nice outing!
Pammie - well done getting back in the saddle! hope you’re feeling better.
hazel - hope your run was pleasant
what - 5.5 miles easy round isle of dogs
why - about all I could muster (aka recovery)
last rest - 21/09
last hard - weekend
lyric - I think so
Long day at work, so a tapery sort of run tomorrow.
Looking anxiously at the forecast for later in the week.
Me too with the cake decorating Hazel, but it's baked now!
Lyrics yes and I love this song
Funny to see the mushrooms , my mate loves foraging and my son has loads in the garden so he wants to go with her!
Dustin hope the Isle of dogs run was good
Pammie hope you're feeling better, sorry to hear that
Hazel hope the 5 was good, field mushrooms are what my son picks and eats from his garden
Well done for battling the soggy weather ale
What 4 miles in total and a bit of walking as well
Why had girls all weekend so I was itching to do some more running as soon as I dropped them off to school
Last hard that was, anti biotics for a bite are really making me feel rubbish
Last rest 28 12
Have a nice evening all
