Lyrics - Come on baby grease your lips, grab your hats and swing your hips. And don't forget to bring your whips, we're going to xxxxx

Yesterday's lyrics were The Season of the Witch by Donovan

The temperature the other night seems to have come to nothing, though the eldest boy has a bit of a dose and the middle boy is coughing a lot. Just that time of year I suppose

Hopefully out for some sort of run today

    Morning!

    Lyrics: no

Was about to set some but got distracted! Probably won't set any for the next few days. I imagine that we are still on scary stuff; next theme was probably going to be work related.

What: probably half an hour easy, long stretch later

Why: about right for a Wednesday!

    Hope you get out, Chamolk!

Yeah, still a Halloween sort of theme for your song, though it's getting a bit stretched tbh, have exhausted most of the better ones. Happy with work next

    Morning again!

I would have had to go the extra mile, Wabo!

And well done with the monthly mile, Pammie. Back to consistent consistency,  please!

    What: just under 32 minutes

Why: fairly easy day. Stretches this evening before an early night; taxi booked for 4:30 am.

Managed 109 miles in October: wanted more but two illnesses got in the way.  31 days run.

    Hiya
Caught up at work, so late pop in for me!
    What - 10k at lunchtime
    why - recovery
    last rest - 21/09
    last hard - yesterday: 4 x 1200 (400 easy)
Tough going after 2 cross country races at the w/e
    lyric - I think so

Ale I didn't see it till this morning so it was too late
Sensible on the recovery run Dustin
Didn't do pyramids, I just couldn't be bothered once I got home from work. Now it's dark in the evening I'll have to make an effort on work days to do runs in the morning I think
