Lyrics - waitin' for a girl who's got curlers in her hair, waitin' for a girl she's got no money anywhere.

Moved from Halloween to the work theme now

No sign of a cold starting luckily

Heading down to Dublin shortly for the night, going to see Michael McIntyre

Nice photos Ale, enjoy the break
Nice October miles Hazel
Hope you've dried out Wabo
Feeling more recovered Dustin?

    Morning!

Thanks for the lyrics,  Chamolk...which I don't know,  of course!

Sounds a tough run yesterday,  Wabo! Confidence boosting.

What: 25 minutes d&d. Including one km hard with a very strong wind behind.

Why: get it done before a large hotel breakfast

Yesterday's lyrics were Superstition, Stevie Wonder.

Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Just back in from 1 hour. Not sure if my GPS signal was a bit dodgy or I was just slower than expected having not run for almost a week

Your run looks a bit nicer Ale, though at least it didn't rain on me
  • Morning

Glad you made it out today Chamolk.

Pics look very nice Ale.  Enjoy!

I believe that Els is running Glen Ogle tomorrow?  Good luck!

Definitely took it easy yesterday Dustin - no running and wimped out of doing anything involving going out other than the shopping.  I guess you have a number of pairs of shoes drying out now?

    5 miles sounds good Wabo.

What: 5 miles recovery at lunch
Why: no time later and prep for tomorrow's long run
    Last rest: yesterday
Next hard: running instead of eating will be!  (already hungry)

    Lyrics: no
