Lyrics: And you were a lady
Would you marry me anyway?
Would you have my baby?

Line two onwards. Work related.

What: short run d&d

Why: tight legs after four days of running on roads, which I rarely do.

Yesterday's lyrics were Working on the Chain Gang, Sam Cooke.

Flight back this evening.

Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Travel well Ale!

Well done Els! Thought of you whilst out on my long run. Hope you had less rain, I got soaked Recover well.

Hilly mile intervals sounds good for XC Dustin.

Good work on the marshalling and running yesterday Wabo.

    Have a nice Sunday!

What: not a lot, planned rest day neatly coincides with a rather windy one, would't want to run in the current gusts
    Why: enough done this week
    Last hard: yesterday's LR.
    Last rest: today

    Lyrics: no

Super run today, nice relaxed pace, and plenty of wetlands to cross!
Off to Dylan Thomas country (South Wales) for a few days tomorrow. Running, reading, sleeping and eating!
