Interesting match yesterday, Wabo!

Why: easy run. Probably in the rain.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Yesterday's lyrics: Just another manic Monday, The Bangles
Enjoy your break Dustin, hope the travel went well. Plenty of nice trails to run on or a break from running too?
Hope the legs aren't too stiff today Els.
Maybe you are lucky and can avoid the rain Ale.
What: MLR, possibly in partly in company, only one option left though
Why: miles
Last rest 06.11.2023
Lyrics: yes!
Glen ogle was beautiful in tr autumn colours once the drizzle and mist had lifted.cant say my running was up to scratch, 6.50 hrs so my slowest time but happy to get around. Had a tiring 2 days of driving etc to get there, found a boat that went and drove down to inverness Thurs stopping for a beautiful walk around tarbst Ness peninsula in the afternoon albeit the route back seas began to get a bit interesting in the storm and we were only a couple of metres from the shore. Night in Inverness then a horrible drive in torrential rain to Aberdeen, had my MRI and a coffee and another long drive to killin...we were pretty tired.still it was good to see running folk and take part and had a nice evening at ceilidh too. Tired at work yesterday but got it done!
That wasn't hard.
600 miles on clock, sadly none of it running.
Sounds like a tough drive, OH and Els!
Hope you found someone to run with, Hazel!
What: 42 minutes
Why: about right for today... unlike the weather. Waited for a sunny break in the clouds...and got soaked, so much so that my phone is no longer working. Fortunately I have an old one.
