Morning!
Lyrics: I am a xxxxxxx for the county
And I drive the main road
Yesterday's work related number was, of course, A Hard Day's Night, The Beatles
What: short run, long stretch
Why: Wednesday routine
Anything to report, Wabo?
How are the legs, Els?
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Seems like you need a bit of recovery time from the travel let alone the ultra Els. (and OH).
I believe Els has a spare phone for you Ale? Has yours come back to life? I did find someone to run with yesterday, we also got pretty soaked.
What: rest day running wise, plenty to do otherwise
Why: MLR yesterday, tempo tomorrow
Last rest: today
Last hard: not having a tantrum and throwing my work laptop out of the window - have things to do and also a bunch of system changes I could currently do without
Lyrics: not today
Sounds frustrating, Hazel! I'd go for a run!
What: 40 minutes, largely off road
Why: routine sort of run. Stayed dry apart from the countless puddles, the negotiation of which made for an unintentional fartlek!
Also wanting to throw computers out window Hazel, the system for viewing X rays packed up just before fracture clinic which meant a morning spent running back and forth to the X ray department to see the X rays on the monitor there which was only one you could view on!
Otherwise uneventful day!
Lyrics yes.
Very stormy morning but settled now.
