Hope you can manage some consistency, Pammie, particularly as we move towards your busy period at work!
Another couple of runs to reports: fetch Salvador and run with his running buggy (hard work in the wind) and then another short run to feed daughter's cat!
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.
Hiya For some reason, on my (late) post yesterday I clearly didn't hit 'post comment', so here it is copied/pasted:
Els - nice early run out Ale - good work ticking the miles (ks) off! Hazel - hope you've enjoyed the day off Pammie - good to see you back! Wabo - wow, thats a good run today
What - 12 and a bit miles over the soggy trails (just about 2 hours) with 4 locals Why - LSR , time on feet... last rest - 21/09 last hard - yesterday, today was reasonable, a bit stop start for puddle splashing and gate vaulting Collapsed runner news - seems to be on the mend, likely to need a pacemaker apparently lyric - I don't think so today
and today what - 5 easy miles, QoP tonight why - recovery / ironing out last rest - still 21/09! last hard - weekend's extravaganza
Ale - I saw some pictures from Manchester XC at the weekend. Looked great!
L late from me Dustin how did you know about my run today? Was my daughter's actually that was so good. We kind of go off piste with the c25k, we walk for 5 mins then start running and she says when she wants to stop, so today was 13 mins, longest run total of 23 mins running.
possunt quia posse videntur - we can because we know we can

Lyrics: yes, although don't know who performed the song.
Yesterday's: The Beatles with Ob-la-di, Ob-la-di
What: whatever M78 decides, although it won't be long
Why: he ran the XC on Saturday, and said it was the muddiest he had run for at least a decade.
What: 50 minutes d&d. Very gentle.
Why: what M78 wanted to do. Very wet underfoot. Dressed for the storms which have not yet arrived. Enjoyable outing!
