Lyrics, yes! Nice running folks. Dustin, good that guy is OK but not great to need pacemaker, guess his running may now be limited. Sunny morning after windy day yesterday and v busy at work. today a 5.5 mile run and then changed and went to my nurse friend's dad's funeral. He was elderly but his death was unexpected and so tough for family, esp for Lil who had to attempt CPR until ambulance arrived.
Hiya Els - I hope you gave your friend's Dad a suitable send off! Hazel - sensible decision Ale - hoping you get something in to keep you on track for the year end target!
What - Club session, 5x800 then 3x300 Why - Schedule last rest - 21/09 last hard - will be today. Also did half hour of S&C at lunchtime, trying to get back in the routine of doing it more regularly. Figured that would be better than 30 minute jog to escape the screen (and it was hammering down....) lyric - of course

Yesterday's lyrics were Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Sailor by The Yardbirds
Something short sounds good Ale - would be nasty here for anything longer! Nice outing with M78 yesterday.
Good timing for your run yesterday Pammie. You will be back to your usual soon if you can fit it in ok.
Good news on the collapsed runner Dustin. You have a decent little streak going again.
Another good c25k run Wabo.
What: nothing today
Why: filthy weather all day and conveniently don't have the time
Lyrics: no

I know the lyrics but no run today
Hazel thanks I'll be doing 4 shifts a week rather than 5 so hoping for some regularity
Dustin sounds a good session if hard
Managed to avoid the worsts of the rain; about 25 minutes off road in the dark having forgotten my head torch. Understandably slow!
Enjoy the session, Dustin!
That's tough for your friend, Els.
