Probably should have known yesterday's lyrics - I sang them often enough with my auntie in her yellow estate car on jaunts as a kiddie (our yellow submarine).
Not sure about quick bits - I think I will make them hard bits - I was thinking about doing my village loop (bit over a mile) with the hillier side hard and the down bit as recovery. Might be a decent alternative to "proper" speedwork.
Sorry to hear about your friend's dad Elspeth.
Should join you on the S&C Dustin but it is a bit like speedwork - I don't really enjoy doing it.
4 shifts sounds better than 5 Pammie.
Right - back to my Portuguese VAT reporting (ugghh).
Hiya Ale - solid session, good to finish in the sun! Hazel - enjoy the faster bits, you can keep the VAT returns….
what - 6 mile recovery via Wapping why - recovery last rest - 21/09 last hard - yesterday. 5 solid 800s with nice 400 jog recovery then 3x300 pure speed stride out to finish. Always a fun session 😂 Massive turnout for training: I counted 42 of us!!
Lyrics, yes! Good running folks, another rest day here, rather a lot of them! Work then walk then coffee and cake with Peter. Trying to plan my life for next few weeks, failing!
