Fitness suite sounds like a good idea considering the weather Ale.
Supposed to brighten up a bit here after a dull start but no real signs of it yet.

Run, only a v short one as short of time before church and not motivated to get going earlier. Still 4.2 done! Sounds rather pathetic compared to Hazel's, still and misty morning, quite nice.

last hard - That was if I'm honest. Pace was nothing special (9min/miling) but terrain was variously wet, dry, muddy, path, road and under water. Oh and a bit hilly too. Enjoyed it though.
Didn't post yesterday (8 miles steady) before heading up to that there London for a West End show : 'Unbelievable' - a magic show written by Derrin Brown.

4.2 is still a decent outing, Els!
What: 6.2k (3.9 miles) very easy. Very wet both under foot and from above. Fitness suite was dry though.
Why: to take me over 50k (31.4 miles) for the week. Highest since February.
Had just finished my run when I had a call from my daughter to ask me to pick up Salvador; their almost finished extension was flooded from a leak in the new bathroom. Not sure yet how much will dry out and how much will need to be replaced. The plumber and builders know it is their responsibility to sort it. That follows on from yesterday where they had to call the fire brigade as the flat above where they are staying was on fire! Someone had gone out and left a pan on. Three fire engines made Salvi's day! At least no-one hurt in either incident.
Edit: Emz, was disappointed for India!
