Morning!

Lyrics: Ground Control to Major Tom
Ground Control to Major Tom
Take your protein pills and put your helmet on

Whilst the job isn't stated I'm sure that you know what it is.

Yesterday's were Rocket Man, Elton John

What: half an hour or so later

Why: easy run day. Will be later as freezing fog at present

Wonder how Chamolk is doing

And Chick and Emz.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Afternoon!

What: 6.43k off road, although largely decent surfaces

Why: the distance from A to B and back! Was below zero; bright blue skies and sunshine didn't make it feel much warmer.

    Enjoy the theatre, Wabo!

    Evening.

Busy day as we got the keys to the house today and moved a bit of stuff and checked things over.

Sounds like nice conditions Ale, prefer that to too hot!

    Enjoy the theatre indeed Wabo.

    What: 8m with 5 x 600
Why: sharpen up the legs a bit as racing on Sunday
Last hard: squeezing that in and then rehydrating on fizzy alcohol - upps
    Last rest: 27.11.23

    Lyrics: certainly today
