I'm a few pounds heavier and a fair bit less aerobically competent. My views on burgers and alcohol haven't changed and I'm still partial to frozen yogurt.
Not sure what the recent posts mean, but I like the idea of the topic. I've found that as I've lost weight (would still like to loose 7lbs), I feel so much better about myself that I cant motivate myself to continue. I'm still running, but have stopped WW as I just wasn't following the plan. I found that I was craving all the baddies -cheese etc. Mind you, the leader was crap unless you had a lot to loose - no time for you. So while I know I should loose a bit more, I'm kind of happy with my curves. Any tips on how to keep going - the final half stone seems so hard to shift.
