I'm managing about 5k once in a while now but the hip hasn't really fixed and they can't really find anything wrong with it - swimming going far better!
hooray, I managed a sub 60 10k yesterday
did the Princes Risborough 10k in 58:33
am thrilled to get back to sub 60
especially on a hot day, and undulating course

am still perched on the injured bench with Kinsey and not really improving in any measurable way..... GP taking me seriously now though and referring me... although she wasn't overly specific about where or who she was referring me to!
Sorry your hip is still sore Kinsey you really are having a tough time with that :-(

Kanga I am not sure as I don't know his surname...either 936th or 1709th

Basicly my ITB was so tight it was oulling my knee cap out of line hence the feeling it was going to explode!
It is now lots better but i still need to be careful specially on hills which sets it off again.
I was not 854th!

And I have to admit I was beaten by a better sandbagger.
