Got a new pair of runners 2 weeks ago. As far as the shoes go there a huge step forward in terms of foot comfort but while i'm running and for a couple of days after my left hip feels like my Nan's did just before she had it replaced.
Maybe foolishly, i'm taking the view that my body is getting used to the new shoes and i should just run through it.
Any thoughts.

Rest for a couple of days, go swimming, have a massage, put on different pair of shoes...try again.
