This year RW training plans were recommending a 2 week taper instead of the "normal" 3.-
I'm carrying an achillies injury, and have been told to put my last long run back a week to give it the best chance of recovery, but "normally" the last long run is 3 weeks out not 2 and I'd love to hear from people who've tried both.

Did me no harm , I ran 2hrs 57 mins 35 secs.
