get off at the end of the common.

wear a swim cap - i got an enormous bee tangled in my hair on friday.

and i carried it to a leaf to recover. aren't i kind to animals? except those soppy 'child substitute' ones like dogs and cats.

Yes, no problem with wearing a wetsuit. There usually a few people in wetsuits every morning. Some mornings the majority of swimmers are in wetsuits.

It opens 6:00 am. I'll be down there Thursday at about 7:15 am. I'll be trying out my new Foor sleeveless wetsuit - I'm the short bald guy say hi if you spot me.

Thanks for the information everyone, very helpful. You may well spot me sometime in the next week nice and early in the morning sporting a silver QR wetsuit that I've somehow squeezed into.

I'm travelling there from Croydon so I've no idea what time I'll make it to the Lido. The real giveaway to spot me is that I swim like a breeze block.

nah. rested, recovered and (as of yesterday) doing easy 2 hour brick sessions this week to get back into it.
