feel heavy

I feel very heavy when I run and it is a constant sensation which really puts me off running. I used to run alot a couple of years ago and it felt the same then.

I am not overweight at 22% bodyfat (I don't think, but correct me if I am wrong) but would losing fat make running more comfortable and improve my times?

Advice appreciated.


  • cdc - have you just started running again? If this is the case, it may wear off when your running fitness improves.

    I'm not an expert, someone who is will most likely be along soon...
