Just found mine, not bad. My Switzerland ones are still on there as well from last year number 978 at Switz '03. can't get the whole link up for Austria 04 but race number was 1152 Andy. The first 3 aren't bad as I look like I am doing some work but the running one is a bit camp and the last one I think I managed a smile !!!
Blimey, just been to look at Monique's pics and saw mine from last year for the first time. No less than 9 bike pics and not once am I spotted on my tri bars - hmmmmm
no my shoulder. I injured it about six weeks ago and the inflamation has not subsided. i was hoping it would ease but i cannot lift my arm above my shoulder properly so i can't swim. i am dissapointed really because i was really looking forward to doing it as my bike backach problems seen sorted.. even up to the weekend i did the bike course with carl i was hopeful. i was hoping the weeks holiday after the ride would rest it. but for some strange reason it got worse. i am now getting numbness and tingles down my upper arm. i will be going to watch though and cheer carl and the other forumites and take some pictures(going to try and get a pic of carl having a sneaky smoke on the bike)
well just entered my next race, lost sheeps half in september, anyone fancy it, will look for a thread and if there isn't one will just have to start one.
[attempts a ruffle for Nick, but realises the only pictures are of him in a bicycle hat so he may not be ruffleable]

Smithy - I'm not a doc, so I don't know. But if it's a nerve problem (which it sounds like) then anti-inflams won't help, unless they do sort out the bit that's pressing on the nerve, which is doubtful. Manipulation is usually better.

Right I am off for a bath.
If I can have kit as purty as that then I'm DEFINITELY going to crack this silly bicycle lark!

i'll have to start supporting a football team or something so we can argue about that.

You know - I almost believed that myself for a second!
I can't find Ironwolf's results anywhere on the Roth site. (
The suit is very dashing as well, glad you didn't pass me I would have been blinded !
[holds paw out politely to shake]

Been to the doc?
Meanwhile - Pilates. An exercise called the Dumb Waiter (yeh I know, dumb name) might be what you need specifically.
I have to have a bath now - still in poostinky running togs and the thread's steaming up. :x)
But if you can't find it on Google, I'll look it up in my book and use the right phrases to describe it to you..
They probably smell worse than I do.
you're all mad.
(but I *like* you! [thump])
LOL
see ya.
