ditches....alongside river beds....up hills...middle of fields....on cliffs...under cliffs...wave cut platforms...mini-buses in the middle of no-where....in glacial valleys....up moutains.
Normal(??) we are all runners-what is that to do with normal :oP
It is more like the tiny gingerbread man from the first Shrek...still haven't had the heart to eat him. Opted for another slice of banana cake instead.
Vrap-hot chocolate???
Pixie-of course your normal my dear. We are all normal in our own way.
Hi PeeDee-recreational drugs? Just stick to caffiene-if you want to rattle or get hyper add blue smarties with lots of food colouring to the combination!
I did that for 6 months a couple of years ago (with chocolate for comfort & a can of Red Bull for the train home) - finished up very poorly for a weekend and couldn't drink coffee for ages afterwards (even now a couple of Starbucks can make me tingly).
Try bringing in some cartons of juice too (I used to do half orange & half hot water so it was more like a hot drink), I know it's not the same but sometimes it the habit of drinking not just the caffeine fix that matters.
Nick I don't know what happened with me-I was a serious coffee fiend! About 18months ago I just went off the stuff, same applies to normal tea, chocolate and cola.
I love the Whittards Instant fruit teas-the dreamtime one is heavenly, the lemon and lime is refreshing as is the pink grapefruit. They do a wake-up one along with various others. Turkish apple tea is good. All can be drunk hot or cold which is good when you forget you made them!
Bubs - because I have a pint mug I guess I drink at least 50% of my 'hot' drinks cold, in a previous office someone actually made me a coffee with cold water coz I never drank them hot - it was disgusting!
I just can't do caffiene anymore. What is weird though-is I have tried decaf and the brain still registers it as being coffee and I don't like the taste...just stay clear of it.
Don't miss it-can be interesting when go to little cafés with friends as can't have alot of their fruit teas due to some of the ingredients so tend to have juice or hot milk if it is cold.
Remember my uni days when there was permanently a pot of coffee on the go in the kitchen for an assignment and I don't think I ever got to the bottom of a 'hot'mug.
Feeling a bit second hand (italian meal and booze on a school night) - not run for 2 weeks+, and now with booze-dread looming. Got my olympics tickets today though!!

My degree was a geographical science one. I have eaten lunch in some of the most bizarre places going having use baby wipes to clean hands!
As digusting as it sounds sometimes eaten lunch without having the baby wipes to use but when you have been in the field and are hungry!>>>blushes<<<
Sat drinking a glass of water at the moment.

I'm seriously worried about my drinking habit...am now on my second mug of hot chocolate for the day, and it's not the end of the working day yet.
.......who needs recreational drugs!?!

Back from club mete, which turned out to be an inter-club thing. Quite interesting. Next one is in two weeks, I've been told I MUST attend.
Help!!!
