mornin, stags, not so desperate hippo and tixylix, anyone got a decent groin you could lend me, till mine gets better?, not fussy, just one that works o.k!
zzzzzzzz <splutter> <yawn> <streeeeetch> <coffee>... zzzzzzzzzzzzz nope it is no good I just cannot wake up today and consequently am in an irritable mood...grhhhh!
Hi BB - slow progress as usual. we were all getting a bit frustrated/worried, untl he went to his gp who said that the cerebellum (where the tumour was) would take 6 weeks to heal, and then expect 6 months for a full recovery. He's sounding very cheerful, and thankfully the 3rd Test starts today so he'll have something to watch on tv!
BB - if we (and the windies) keep to current form and the weather holds off then, yes we WILL enjoy the cricket! yep the stress is lifting (at last!!) and I'm finally getting back into my r*nning too. ;-)
we had a great day out with the boys on tuesday - had a day trip to Cheddar Gorge, which wore us all out. Much buying of cheese and clambering about on the rocks - excellent!
Morning everyone, hope you don't mind me gatecrashing.
Feeling cheated today. Got up at 4.30 for a morning run, left at 4.55am - only to find it was p!$$!ng down here too. Did a quick 3 miles before going home to dry off but couldn't get back to sleep before the kids woke up.
Therefore tired AND grumpy because 3miles wasn't worth the alarm/effort/soaking.
Feeling very flat today. Day off from plodding went yesterday and going again tomorrow. It isn't raining in London yet - matter of time though methinks.
