Sassie -- it certainly is and no I don't get sick of hearing it! And no, you're not boring either - how could you possibly be boring with purple hair....? )
DG & CDK -- thankies )
Buney -- I know and its very much appreciated really.
Feel very tired again tonight. If this scan is clear, I'm still going to ask him to investigate why I'm so knackered and all these aches and pains I'm having. I'm off to lie down - there's nowt on telly so I'm gonna put a vid on.
Sassie -- went to bed at 9pm so slept okay until about 5am and then couldn't stay asleep. I feel okay. Just woke up with nausea again, which is understandable I suppose.
CDK -- decadent..? I'm at work! Seriously, decided it was best to go to work, otherwise it would be a seriously lonnnnnng day otherwise.
I feel okay. 50/50 I guess. Still have that 'skin of teeth lucky feeling' so we'll see.
OMG - last time i saw you cath you had that picci of you with shorty hair! my my dont you look well - havent had time to read all this - got the jist you've got a scan and been feelin a bit achey and tired - good luck - hope you are okay?!
Wednesday's here at last. Woke up thinking of you and will continue all day. I still can't believe it's happening. Lord knows you deserve a break. You know how much I admire you for your grit but please don't feel that you have to stay positive and strong; you can be a quivering jelly just as long as you get through this.
Thought of you last night when my speed-distance monitor refused to work and I got all annoyed. The I thought how lucky I was to be able to run and that I didn't have anything else to worry about than a stuipd gadget, and felt immediately humble.
Thanks Guys -- you guys are the best you know that )
Have had a non-stop horrible day, which is just as well I suppose! Students turning up to tutorials with no preparation expecting to be TOLD what to write for their assignments! (sigh) Whatever happened to the concept of adult learning I'll never know!
Anyhooo... thanks for the well wishes everyone. Getting a bit nervous. Managed to eat some lunch though which was a change from this morning. Nausea again (sigh). That surgeon is going to have a flea in his ear this afternoon.
Cath, been thinking of you all day. Hope you get the all clear and find out that whatever is making you tired and achey is just something completely and utterly trivial. Good luck, LizzyB xx

Watching and waiting...silently.
The not so good news is that my haemaglobin count is still a bit low which is why I'm tired (so he says)
Also.. he says I'm doing too much for 18 months post-treatment and I've to slow down a bit.
