Gave in to pressure from my kids and bought a smoothie maker. Looking for inspiration - there's a limit to how many banana milk shakes I can manage!

banana whizzed up with a drop of pineapple juice then add a couple of spoons of natural yoghurt and or milk according to taste

frozen raspberries or blueberries are good added to basic banana mix
kiwi fruit

Did I read something about putting nannas that were past their best in the freezer for smoothies ?

mango, nectarine, OJ and ice. Although I didn't use enough OJ so mine was a bit chewy!

frozen peaches
ground flax seeds
wheat germ
ginger
soy yogurt
vitamin c powder
add water to liquify a bit
i make this several times a week for breakfast. it's oh so good and has LOTS of fiber.
