Hey I'm going to start doing group lessons... Should be fun. I front crawl and get whooped by OAPs breaststroking trying not to get the granny rince hair wet! When ur @ the bottom the only way is up!

Good attitude.  I swim in lane 6 at tri club....... that's lane 6 out of 6.  There is no lane 7 so they can't bump me down a lane.  They can only put me up a lane.

My first triathlon this morning and I was slowest in the swim.

 I expected that and I was actually not as slow as I thought I would be - 400m in 15:59 but that was including the run out of the leisure centre down the road to Transition.

Durham - still a good effort though. You can only get better.  Very quickly you can get reasonable!

I managed 250M continuous FC this morning.   I think that's thanks mainly to Bos1 instructing me to slow down; the technique tips on this thread; practicing 3 times a week; my coach setting me drills.  In that order probably!

Yeah I found that today Oops - I felt like I could've done more but it was time to go to work.   I felt really relaxed in my stroke.  The last time I saw my coach, he said I was holding myself tense, so it'll be good to see if he notices a change.  Worked on the bilaterial breathing today too and did some one-armed drills - both better than last week too.
