Come on - I need some help

Next Tuesday I am off to Brazil to do a race.....
BUT in the meantime, I have a shed load of work to do and I just cannot focus on doing it.....
This is definately the right place to post this message, because undoubtedly many of you will have likewise been faced with this problem.....

After long and careful consideration - I will take this route.

Are there any websites we can follow your progress on? Will you be taking a laptop and updating your website with realtime images and GPS location so we can follow you by satelite.... err maybe not - looking forward to the pics and report.
Oh... re your work, Its hard when your so focussed on one thing. Id just say try and knuckle down for 1 day and put the race out of your mind, then forget about work, and worry about what you havnt done when you get back.
