I'm asking for my hubby actually. Over the last 2 years he's had pain on the outside of the knee sometimes radiating up the outside of the thigh / lower back. The pain seems to appear after 10 mins. or so running, however it used not to appear for at least 20 mins. when he was running more regularly. What he wants to know is.......should he run through the pain, or see a physio, or just give up on the whole running lark? Any insights/ help would be great.......cos he's driving me crazy!!!!
