Hi all,
Well done to all who ran over the weekend.
I did eventually manage to get my butt out the door on Sat.. about 6 miles or so. Sunday got so drunk... I am still suffering.. what a long day a hangover makes... so going to my bed.. like now... eaten very little but drunk loads of water... tomorrow I shall be tip top... and by Wed I'll be back on the booze ... will I never learn !!!

Back again - didnt go for the powerwalk - wimped off due to it feeling a bit sore when I stretched and the fact that it is rather nippy outside and i didnt want to seize up a couple of miles walk from home. A lame excuse I know but being as fir as possible for saturdays match is the priority! Did do about 45 minutes general strengthening and stretching though - ive fished out my gymball to do some core strength ex's
