I bet RichM can kick his butt anytime!!
Would never have guessed that he was welsh either!

But he is good. Always does well at Tough Guy.
Do you buy lots of mens fitness magazines then?

Have no desire to go on a diet and become ridiculously thin like a hollywood star, just want to be strong and toned. Tried dieting a few months ago and nearly passed out during a Serpie 10k, v embarrassing, don't want that happening again!
I actually prefer men's mags to women's as a rule, they've got more cars and gadgets and I really couldn't give a toss if Cameron Diaz has spots or so and so has greasy skin and saggy boobs etc, girls mags are boring!
Get a room!
you wait till he gets older and develops a gut....
