I got really bad cramp in my calf on saturday whilst learning to surf. Having been rescued by two rather fit surfies, the cramp went but ever since then my calf has felt hot and the muscle doesn't feel right, it feels kind of limp. I can just about walk on it.
I've got a half marathon on Sunday - what can I do to make it better this week? Will it be better by the end of this week?
I've never had calf cramp before and it would be awful if it happened again during the race. any tips on what to do to stop it from happening again? the surfie mentioned bananas at the time
