Fine thanks - 'boys' nite out last nite (couple of beers, then meal in country pub and back home in bed by 11.00 - riotous eh!). FIL anniversary today so things are a bit sensitive but nothing too bad.
Don't know really - it's part of my training for the marathon in November so just supposed to be a bit of faster running. A PB would be nice of course - that would mean sub 52.30, but the cough may put the mockers on that idea.
Hope to see you there heebiejeebie. I'll be the one coughing up green phlegm by the 7 km marker!
Hope you've managed to nail your Trojan Nick. My system is so heavily firewalled now that I have doubts as to whether even legitimate traffic can get through.

Hows you this morning?
I'm just letting my (rather substantial) breakfast settle before I go for a run.
Only just got up - slightly hungover.
My slight but annoying cough is going to make tomorrow's 10k interesting.

You ok?
What time are you aiming for tomorrow?
That was a VERY important 30 seconds
I'm not running after all but I'll be around somewhere, pointing the way or handing out stuff or something.

I have had dire warnings of gales
Don't mind rain, heat, snow, fog but hate wind.
Shame, as I live in one of the windiest places in the UK.
You're experienced tho' - must've done windy runs before?
;o)
good luck tomorrow, Benziepoos!!
