for those of you who missed out on this event last year, the form is now available at the
ukresults entries page - please bear in mind that the race is strictly enforcing the limit of 500 this year and there will definitely be no entries on the day, so get your forms in early!

Anybody else going? I've got last years PB to beat and it will be my first race as a veteran.
BTW talk of scenery and PBs is all well and good but what's the pudding like?
Looking on alternative sites, shows this
race to be on the sunday. Are the runnersworld dates wrong?
Anyone know?
I have entered now, and got my number back.
I am used to running in flat suffolk, so I need to find some hills to practice on....
DavidB - the race starts and finishes (well it did last year) in basically the same place as the half. It heads up the valley to the Old Dungeon Ghyll Hotel (last water station in the half) then simply turns round and comes back. Last year's pudding was really good.
sausage57 - don't worry about hills. It may not be flat by East Anglian standards but there's nothing to get alarmed over.
I'm thinking of going for a personal worst this time, by popping in to the ODG at the turn round point for a swift pint. Anyone out there care to join me?
Simon, I'm neither a serious runner or local, hope there is someone to keep me company in between! Aiming for around 48 mins if I can keep the training going through all those Christmas parties.
Defo on the 19th. I'm the same with a Do on the Friday. Saturday- quiet dark room to recover. Come up smiling Sunday ready to get into the 'steadily undulating' pud race.
Stop tempting me - if I went in there on a Sunday lunchtime I'd never get out again! Will certainly be at the race though and quite happy to share a pint with anybody (well - one each anyway). The way training has been going recently, I'm looking at about 48 minutes as well so guess I'll see people as we cross the line together.
I'll post my number when I remember where I put it.

See you all on the 19th!
Honestly, the picture is me. Scott has jet black hair and slightly better looking chiseled features than me. I'm definitely from the TB2 school of running.
..just off for a lap around Tracy island.
Extra note: Does Jeff Tracy allow you to drink???
