Does anyone know anything about this race? I have looked for it on the Events listings, but can't seem to find it anywhere. Apparently it was on the 21st December last year.
SteveJ, they got a problem with the site administrator (probably haven't paid him) I've been told they're trying to sort this out this coming weekend, although i did mention to them on tuesday about the interest some people show in this event from the RW forums, and there was quite a bit of info on the web pages.
I know they'll be handing out entry forms this sunday at the Bridgend Cross Country event.
I will be wearing my trail shoes I bought specially for this event last year although I have elastic laces as last year my laces kept coming undone and I am sure that is why George beat me;-)

FA - will be doing a few local races over the next few weeks ie Torfaen 1/2 ; Sospan 10. Will your club be giving out forms at any of these as i prefer to enter beforehand if possible to avoid queuing on day

Around 500+ entered last year.
I ran it, and that 'Big Dipper' sand dune really drained me !
If you are on the committee , sort out the Mead !!!!!
And I didn't get a mince pie either !!!!!
But it was a BRILLIANT race.
