not like those daft disposable nappy cycling shorts though - thin pads like standard trishorts.
perfectly good for an ironman.

they are no worse on your ar*e than those disposable nappy things that cyclists wear. in fact i'd rather do a long ride in tri shorts than in one of those disposable nappy things.
