Fantastic Flashflo
I just got my Camelbak Flashflo waist bladder pack and have to say it's amazing.
Took it straight out on an 80 minute run - didn't notice the weight, didn't get any bouncing and didn't get any chafing.
So long as you squeeze out surplus air, tighten the waist straps before tightening the cinch straps (and tighten the cinch straps as you drink) then it doesn't bounce.
It is far more comfortable to carry than even a run-aid bottle (and they slosh and warm up after a while).
And it's far easier drinking from the tube than trying to drink from a bottle or cup. I'd consider racing with it for races over 10k.
Anyway - get one if you can!
