Are you aware that there is a wonderful 5Km race in Bushy Park every Saturday morning at 9am. Its free to enter and there is minimul organisation. Just turn up and run.

Should be running this week after a couple of weeks off for exciting Sunday races. Looking forward to my Saturday morning weather as it peed it down for the Ron Hill yesterday!
