Hi Lyn, still here, havn't raced myself since Great Bentley
although Adele has competed in 2 track events (5,000 mtrs in Bristol and 3,000mtrs in Cardiff).
We are both doing a 5k trail race in Epping Forest at 19.30 this Friday evening but I don't think we will be doing Mersea. The next race we had planned is the Framlingham 10k which I think Natty and SBS are also doing. How about you and hubby, any otherraces planned?

Yes myself and SBS are both running at Framlingham, I did it last year as my first proper race of the season, so it will be good to get a comparison.

Yes, we are doing the Mearsea 10, the Great South run on 8th September, Langham 10k on 22nd Sept, Windsor Half on 29th Sept and then the Martlesham 10k in October and obviously the Hadleigh 10m in November.
I think the Framlingham one clashes with one we are already doing.

I have done 10 so far, with 7 more planned including the Stowmarket 7 before year end.

Hi Lyn

I've only just got back off holiday, been doing a bit of running, my knee seems ok. My first race is possibly going to be Felixstowe half, then Martlesham 10k and then hopefully fully fit for Hadleigh 10.
