I love these stability exercises at the physio. I'm getting good at them, so she has to invent always more difficult exercises. I hope I get nice legs from it and strong ankles.

We didn't have our weekly dose of Fitness Freddy in the German soap this week - I shall complain to the Beeb.
Or I could go and look up current episodes on the website.
