I live near Tadcaster in North Yorkshire and I'm in training to compete in triathlons this year.
Work means that it is difficult keeping to any regular group training and I train mostly on my own. Not a problem most of the time - but it would be good to hear from people who are in a similar position and are interested in meeting up for a training session or two.
My runs tend to be about 6 miles, cycles anywhere from 15 miles upwards, and swims (my worst event) about 50-60 lengths. I don't really mind running on my own but the swimming and the cycling can be a bit dull.
