Is anyone out there still waiting to hear one way or the other.

Not entirely bothered whether or not I get in but knowing will allow me to plan my training accordingly should I do a later/earlier marathon.

I'm still waiting here in Luton. I bequeathed. Of my three neighbours who also bequeathed, one has had a fleece, the rest of us - nothing. A couple I know in St Albans have both got in (they didn't beqeath)and another of my friends is in. Seeing as he ran a qualifying time at Brighton (I'd kill for his speed) that's not a suprise :-)

Well all know by 13th April 2003 that much I am sure about.
Yes I am still waiting here in London. Nothing this morning and periodic calls to home to make sure no packages have arrived shows no fleece either.
Last year I heard on Monday 3rd December so maybe 3rd again (i got in last year)

I thought I saw somewhere in another thread that on the 9th you can ring the FLM helpline as their database will be accessible then and they can tell you if you haven't received anything by post. A lot of the charities are wanting responses to golden bond places by the 9th also. We should hear this week then ? Hope its soon.

My running partner received her acceptance last thursday and her husband received his rejection last saturday, I've heard nothing yet but she seems to think its in alphabtical order. As she's an'i' and I'm an 'm' I'm still hopeing!!!

I reckon it is probabally in random order - If I had that many letters to send out the last thing I would do is bother to sort them into any order.

I imagine each person just takes a sack full and ploughs through as many as possible each day.

But I still don't see why they couldn't do mine first ;-)

I am still waiting ! this is more nerve racking than actually doing the marathon ! ( prehaps not )

This is my first application so it is nice to know others feel like me.
