Did a 6 mile run last night, nice and steady and 'tweaked' my right hamstring in the last 200 metres cooling down!!!

i got it from an ex-barrister pal who runs an alfa garage - monzasports.co.uk - mine hasn't got a pic, but it's very similar to the other black 147 in 'cars for sale', except mine's a 5 door - you get the idea - black italian and sexy
they found the stolen one, but after payout, thank goodness, so the insurers can have it - wouldn't fancy getting a nicked car back

I have to admit not going out tonight. I am off for 3 days now so will plod each day and if I went out tonight I know I wouldn't plod tomorrow or Sat. So method in my madness.
Sitting here in a pair of too tight new leather bike jeans trying to stretch them. Have put leather cleaner on them to soften them. On Sunday I couldn't even get my leg over the bike with them on!!!!! Have no idea how long it will take to soften them enough to ride my bike with them on.
Only 4 working days to my holidays now. Mon, Wed, Thurs and Frid. Can't wait. Badly in need.

Its a real pain that the laptop is broken because I have to come upstairs to use this one so can't get on with other stuff in between posting.
Its a shame that the 50 miler might not be going ahead next year. Mike assured me when I pulled out that it would be on next year. Going to be upset if it isn't.
Was going to enter Beachy but I am working that weekend and don't think I have enough leave left as need to keep the Sat and Mon for Leicester as I am working that weekend as well. Thats if I ever train enough for it :-(
