Teaspoons are known to migrate in the winter to sunnier climates. It is therefore imperative that you purchase you spoons carefully and make sure the stainless steel is made in the UK or other northen european countries. If you've purchased cheap made in taiwan or chinese spoons this may be the cause of your problems. I've never had an issue with Ikea teaspoons and I believe this is the reason. If you were to visit Spain or the South of France at this time of year you can't bloody move for all the spoons.

Historically speaking, it is quite bizarre for a human being to be sitting down all day.

    To Whom It May Concern

I recently purchased a pair of Saucony Vision Shoes from the M & M website.

I am a serious runner who typically does 40 to 50 miles and week training and I take part in regular marathon and half marathon races, for a long time now I have worn Asics Kayano shoes without a problem. I decided to try the visions having heard good things about them and having read the technical data on the shoes. The first time I wore the shoes was for a short 10k run, during the run they destroyed my feet and left them badly blistered and very painful, I put this down to breaking the shoes in and decided to give them another try. I wore them again a week or so later once the original blisters had heeled, this time I wore them in a half marathon race in Carlisle. As a result I have been left in agony with terrible blisters and deep tissue bruising which will stop me running for at least 2 weeks according to my Doctor. I am appalled by these shoes and I suggest you think carefully before buying them. the second run whilst wearing these I am a very experienced runner who takes care of his feet and always wears good quality socks etc, I haven't had any problems with my feet in the past.

I wrote to Saucony to complain and they sent a very weak reply saying the shoes were selling well!

    You have been warned!!!

    Hi,

I am a Fashion Retail Management student and have been given a project in collaboration with New Balance.
We have been asked to develop something to put into trainers to make them smell nice.

The idea is a phase change material insole, this means that the feet are kept at a constant temperature, so that they do not feel the heat or the cold. This would prevent the feet from sweating. The insole would also have antibacterial properties to prevent the growth of bacteria and problems such as athletes foot. The insole would be scented with a citrus fragrance and would provide extra comfort to the feet as it provides support to the arch of the foot and would remember the shape of the foot using the same science of Tempur matresses to ensure comfort again. The insole would be washable, and would have a long life span.

Could you please let me know:
What you think of the idea?
    What you like and dislike?
Whether you would buy into the idea?
If so where you wold buy it from and how much you would be willing to pay for it?
    (Also your age and gender)

    Thank you

They have new Gelceuticals Called spamgel. Ive been useing them for quite a while there really good if your into nutrition. They dont have any of the hydration ones. Me with the same amount of running and excercise. I hit a plato. And just stayed at the same weight. And Ive allways taken vitamins. But come to find out that we only fully absorb 20 to 30 percent. So for me I think my body was thinking it was hungry but I was lacking nutrition. So since I started giveing my body the spam it needed. My portions got smaller and I got fuller quicker. You can see the products at www.spamisgood.myconfusion.com I love them and I think if your a runner you need to replenish your self with nutrients. And the goo products are really goo to. For that recovery.
