I have a spouse who definitely doesn't run, not even a step. However, its made up for by having a 13 year old son who not only runs but now runs faster than me, just not as far.
Mrs TC is only running as her hip is hurting enough to drop the Body Combat and boxercise at the moment and complained about the wind giving her earache which doesn't happen on the treadmill.
trying to persuade mrs wr to run flintshire 10k, she can do 1 lap ie 5k - did 5 mile race off road at deeside last night 36:33 ok, as course uneven -even managed a sort of spint near end to keeep runner catching me away
Hmmm, the review was rather tame, but also a bit dramatic - something along the lines of '...those running for more than 3 hours had to deal with the searing heat...'. I notice that Ron has scheduled 2006 for beginning of June. What's the betting that if it snows, all the kicker-offers will be kicking off again. Also, loved the words 'dearth of the water'!!!
I'm glad you're doing it too emma. I was beginning to think I'd be running alone.
My provisional number is either 64 or 65 I cannot remember which.
It will be my first ever marathon so it will be a great challenge. I just hope I can make it round ok as I'm still suffering a bit from running the half this year!

That is cool!
My five year old is already in training. 2/5 of a mile around the block, several times a week.
Can not wait until he gets bigger and faster :-)
