Monday 7m at 'Big Toes' Tuesday 7m with speed session Wednesday 7m easy Thursday 6m very easy Friday 30mins easy Saturday Rest Sunday New PB and lots of beer and wine all day and night
Mon - can't face 'Big Toes' after ½M yest. Tue - out at concert - more chillin' Wed - hair appt (essential) Thu - med train' run w/club Fri - longer train' run Sat - time trial Sun - New PB (yeah right), happy to fin w/JaneE2 to celebrate her big day.
We will have to come up with a plan. Cos we will all be finished at around 11 o'clock and the pubs don't open until 12 so options are limited.
Stay and wait until pubs open or jump in motors and head back towards Twickers for a drink to celebrate Jane's birthday and a few PB's with a bit of luck, or just celebrate generally. Twickers will be rather busy with Rugby fans so we could congregate nearby
Mon - X Training, washing shirt, admiring lovely girl in RW article Tue - Intervals Wed - Some run with Doylie (probably discussing issues raised in this month's RW) Thu - Straggs Fri - Rest Sat - May do the time trial as a novelty. Read RW article again Sun - Sub 40 10k and celebrate appropriately afterwards
I think we should all ditch the race go to the pub for the day instead My plan mon- 3miles(did that at 9am) tues-rest weds-50 mins running or talking about it thur-2hours plus fri- see my hubby (who is away all week)have a beer or 10 sat- out at a dinner night stumble home before 5am Sun- suffer in silence then celebrate being old

I am sure he would do the same for you
PS. Seen the route map. Looks flat to me!!!
Anyway, my shirt will be testing out my washing powder manufacturer's claim of removing blood and sweat - even at low temperatures
Yes she was very cute indeed
My pre-race build up:
Monday 7m at 'Big Toes'
Tuesday 7m with speed session
Wednesday 7m easy
Thursday 6m very easy
Friday 30mins easy
Saturday Rest
Sunday New PB and lots of beer and wine all day and night
Whaddya reckon, winning combination??

That's a winning combo too I rekkon.
Sounds good, but a little too much running before Sunday, after all that chillin' and hair and that stuff.
My suggestion is:
Thursday Longer training run
Friday Rest
Sat and Sun as above
Otherwise you will be too tired to party
