Good run at 'Big Toes' last night and ready for the interval session tonight.
Worked out amazingly, for me, that i have runover 40 miles a week for the last 6 weeks.
I should be much faster than this!!
The plan for Sunday still needs sorting as well, i would like to get there about 40 mins before the start and have a good stretch and warm up and find good parking space for whoever is driving.
Starting to get sorted now. I will take a vehicle as there isn't enough room for everyone in Jane's, also Jane2 might be better off not driving after previous nights excesses.
SuzieBee is making her own way there so doesn't need a lift.
All that remains now is post race wine/beer etc, no suggestions yet as to where we could go for an aperitif
thanks for that as i doubt i will be in a fit state i will get you directions im happy to go drink where ever need to be home at a reasonable hour as have friends coming (3ish)
Will have to buy Womble a beer at the next mob match instead.
What about Teddington for a drink, en-route but not in the middle of Rugby chaos. There is a couple of pubs by Teddington Lock that might do the trick.
i can just see you lot drinking and running can i come and watch Im of to do 12 miles at 2pm not that i want to but doylie will crack the whip if i dont Have entered the finchley 20 miler(gulp)
Jane, I’m also planning to run the Finchley 20 – I enjoyed it 2 years ago, though by the 4th lap the slight undulations in the 1st lap felt like climbing Everest…not that I want to put you off or anything…..;-)

Jane - you're a damn sight quicker now than you were 6 months ago. Don't forget that!
Morning Doylie (so you don't feel left out).

Should we head back to Twickers/Hounslers post race pre Rugby chaos somewhere?
